Utility Project is an impressive collaboration between two very well-respected LA brands: LUDWIG and Gourmet Footwear. It’s a true collaboration; utilizing Gourmet’s popular original shoe models, paired with lovely vintage military deadstock materials, all sourced using the vintage expertise of LUDWIG. The end result speaks for itself. Four incredible-looking shoe models. Check out the video too. Last I checked, some were still in stock via the LUDWIG SHOP.

As you might have noticed, we’ve restocked two of the most popular designs from last year in the online shop. The Sweet Reggae Music graphic was actually done by my good friend Benjamin Escobar. He’s the Senior Designer at one of LA’s best-known streetwear labels, The Hundreds. He’s also a very talented artist and illustrator who does lots of amazing work for a variety of brands.
